Reserve 1 cup of pomegranates seeds and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl combine the pomegranate seeds, chicken, almonds, apple, celery, parsley, and the green onion.

In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil and vinegar. Pour over chicken mixture and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
