  • 2 bag purple cabbage shredded
  • 2 bag green cabbage shredded
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 yellow pepper chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 2 medium kerbies, chopped
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 large carrot sliced into circles
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbs. black pepper
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • ¾ cup splenda
